摘要
An accurate and quick performance measurement of PV modules and cells are very important. Non-contact measurements of PV characteristics without interruption of the operation of the PV system are desired. A high accuracy electrostatic voltmeter was used for the non-contact measurement of voltage of solar cell in a module structure. The values of the voltage measured with the voltage tester and electric potential measured with the electrostatic voltmeter agreed well. The non contact electrostatic voltmeter can measure the voltage of solar cell in the module structure with a margin of error within 0.01 V.
