摘要：
Aeroallergens are relevant eliciting factors of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis and bronchial asthma, but also of atopic eczema. The use of specific hyposensitization/immunotherapy like in respiratory atopic diseases is controversial in patients with atopic eczema, but refined diagnostic methods to characterize subgroups of patients with relevant allergies and the results of pilot studies give rise to new approaches to this field. This article reviews the theoretical problems and practical results with specific immunotherapy in atopic eczema.
