摘要
Use of fractional moments of low order, recently proposed by Consortini and Rigal for investigating probability density functions (PDFs) in laser scintillation statistics through atmospheric turbulence, is here proposed for overcoming the saturation effects of the electronics due to low dynamics acquisition systems.
