摘要
My view is that there is a gap in professional ethical codes in their failure to offer grounding for the ethical precepts that they offer. Although there are no explanations and no justifi cations that are beyond criticism, it may be that the drafters of professional ethical codes are avoidant of revealing the lack of meta-ethical foundation for their normative ethical prescriptions.
