摘要：

In order to improve safety production situation in coal enterprises, the best appraisal-index set and gray related matrix were established, grey comprehensive appraisal model was also build, safety production situation in coal enterprises was appraised. The method could avoid the shortcoming of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method, which was always losing information in various degrees in dealing with "characteristic value" of every index, utilize precious information fully of every index, cut down appraisal errors, make the safety production situation appraisal in coal enterprises more scientific and more real, and offers the reference for safety production situation appraisal in coal enterprises.
