摘要：

Issues on the Enterprise Risk Management in China is the focus paid close attention to in the recent years. Whether a company can operate orderly and effectively or not depends largely on the effectiveness of the enterprise risk management. In this paper, we discuss the theory and application of the enterprise risk management, and then we propose the problems of enterprise risk management in China by analyzing the domestic corporate failures and we also propose some solutions and the corresponding countermeasures.
