摘要：

A considerable discrepancy exists between the findings of research that are relevant to practice and findings that are actually applied. This article briefly discusses the issue of research usefulness and applicability. Literature addressing the research utilization behavior of clinicians is reviewed. Actions are described that can be taken to bring research to application.
