Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of Construction Project Management Dynamic Effect

With the development of construction technology, modem construction projects have become larger, more comprehensive, and have more capital, more advanced technology, and more risk. That increases the difficulty of management, which makes that the only final effect evaluation is not enough. We need to know different operation status and operation effect during the process of management. Sometimes, as an investor, or a designer, or a builder, he needs to compare the different effects of different projects. That is the dynamic evaluation of construction project management effect. This paper sets up an evaluation model of construction project dynamic effect based on the theory of dynamic comprehensive evaluation, and uses the method of dynamic fuzzy evaluation to evaluate dynamic effect during the period of the same project, or among the different projects.
