摘要
Enhanced visualization of breast cancer in X-ray computed tomography was achieved by using Bi 2S 3 nanoparticles of 10 nm diameter modified to display a tumor targeting peptide (LyP-1, CGNKRTRGC). Accumulation within the tumor was increased by 260-% over non-labeled nanoparticles. © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
