摘要
LLC converter Optimization is an effective approach to improve converter efficiency performance. In this article, an optimal design method is developed for LLC converter based on the worst operation point. First of all, the discussion on the worst operation point is presented. Then, the converter is optimized by designing under the worst operation point. The voltage stress for resonant capacitor, soft switching operation of primary switch, resonant tank root-mean-square (RMS) current are considered. Finally, with the aid of time domain analysis, the optimized design candidate is finalized by setting power loss as optimization objective. Experiment results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed optimal design method.
