摘要
Mechanical behaviour of low carbon steel micro-alloyed with Nb, V, and Ti. From the stress-strain curves, obtained by hot compression tests, rheological parameters such as sensitivity to strain rate and temperature were determined. Specific behavior was observed in the two phase domain, due to the difference of plasticity of the phases in presence. Also, it was found that the grain size and the mechanisms of dynamic recrystallization affect significantly the rheological behavior. The stress-strain curves were obtained taking into account the evolution of the instantaneous deformation and friction coefficient at the interface tool-sample. These curves were corrected by acting on the coefficient of friction and strain rate. Finally, the introduction of Zener-Hollomon parameter allows the adjustment of the compression curves and stationary stresses. A perfect correlation between the experimental curves and those obtained using this parameter were observed.
