摘要
The electrochemical behaviour of bovine erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (BESOD) adsorbed on the mercury electrode surface was reported for the first time by cyclic voltammetry, direct current polarography and double potential-step chronoculoumetry without using mediator, The contribution of diffusion current predominated over adsorption current when the concentration of BESOD was more than 1.0x10(-4) mol/L, The experimental adsorption isothermal line was in accordance with that calculated by Langmuir equation, The equilibrium constant of adsorptin was 8.96x10(4) and Gibbs free energy was -28.2 kJ/mol, The molecular area (18.06 nm(2)) of BESOD obtained by the electrochemical method, is in good agreement with that (17.36 nm(2)) determined by X-ray crystal structural analysis.
