摘要
We report the functional synthesis and quantification of membrane proteins-alpha-hemolysin from Staphylococcus aureus and the multidrug transporter EmrE from Escherichia coli-at the stabilized droplet interface bilayer using an in vitro transcription-translation system. The system developed here can expand the list of integral membrane proteins applicable for quantitative functional analysis.
