Bilateral anterior shoulder dislocation is a very rare clinical entity. We report another case of traumatic bilateral anterior dislocation of shoulders. We discuss the mechanism of the dislocation which is unusual and the treatment. (C) 2008 Elsevier Masson SAS. Tous droits reserves.
