摘要
The most common method for analyzing water-soluble vitamins in pharmaceutical preparations and foodstuffs is high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) combined with UV-VIS detectors. The HPLC systems use for the separation RP-C-18 columns, simple mobile phase mixtures with or without using gradient elution.
