摘要
Silver based borate glasses are a good model system for understanding the relationships between structure and conductivity in fast ionic conducting (FIC) glasses. In this paper we report on Ag-109 solid state NMR measurements performed on glasses xAgI:(1-x)Ag2O.nB(2)O(3) with n=1, 2, 4. We show that only part of the silver ions participate in the conduction and that these mobile ions experience a mixed oxygenliodine coordination. With the help of previous data obtained on silver phosphate and molybdate glasses, we are able to sketch a common picture for the ionic transport in these FIC glasses.
