摘要
Preparation of LiCaPO4:Eu2+ phosphor using solid-state reaction is described. Various dosimetric properties like sensitivity, emission spectrum, fading, reusability, energy response, etc. are reported. The phosphor is about 4 times more sensitive than LiF-TLD 100. It possesses excellent reusability, negligible fading and the emission in the near UV-blue region of the spectrum. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
