摘要：
The article defines the essence of the national innovation system (NIS) and grounds its key elements. Propositions concerning the selection of the appopriate for current socio-economic conditions of Ukraine NIS model, which would promote the arrangement of conditions for the innovative activity of the economic subjects, for their production of various kinds of the innovative products aiming at the needs satisfaction of the market and of the society in general, are given.
