摘要
The management innovation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are all along the important problem to the government and enterprises themselves. Based on the analysis of SMEs management innovation contents, according to the government-college and college-enterprise cooperation experiences of authors for several years, and the participation experiences in Shandong Zibo SMEs Management Innovation Service Alliance, the paper proposes an Alliance Service Model for SMEs management innovation based on government-enterprise cooperation. This model will change the past "spreading sesame salt" types of support policies and emphasize the organization and leading of government management department. The service alliance can collect the wider social resources to form a special service organization and rely on its service agency role to provide combined and targeted services for local SMEs management innovation. At last, a case study is given to illustrate the implementation results of the alliance service model.
