摘要
In order to ensure the installation and maintenance of wind power is applied to the magnetic wall-climbing car to work properly, to avoid resonance occurs at runtime, modal analysis to its frame. Using ANSYS software, the magnetic wall-climbing car frame finite element analysis. Material selection frame 45 steel heat treated, compared meshing method, meshing choose the frame tetrahedron method. Adding boundary conditions, solving the frame five natural frequencies and mode shapes. Modal analysis of the results, the frequency of the external excitation can be controlled to avoid the resonance frequency of the frame. And a first-order natural frequency of the frame 285.63 Hz, to ensure the resonance will not occur in a wide frequency range.
