摘要
In this paper, we introduce an improved tactile sensor which is mainly composed of an elastomer, camera and mechanical device. Elastomer are key component among them. Now there are about 200 markers on the surface of elastomer. And, the sandwich structure is used in the structure so that the texture recognition and marker identification can be performed at the same time. The marker recognition algorithm mainly consists of measuring threshold, Morphological operation corrosion expansion and a connected area labeled module. Core algorithms are implemented using FPGA. Experiments are implemented to demonstrate the performance of marker recognition rate reaches 98%, and full algorithm is realized on PC with a speed of 39fps.
