摘要：

This paper focuses on the intangible cultural heritage of Qinhuangdao. The main research methods include questionnaire and literature research survey. It found that intangible cultural heritage resources in Qinhuangdao is abundant and has multiple values. The government has been playing the leading role in protection and utilization mechanism instead of market mechanism, which contributes very little to the tourism economy.
