摘要
A disorganizing influence of thermal factor on asymmetrical arrangement of aminophospholipids of human erythrocyte membrane was studied. in response to 30-120-min exposure to 50degrees and 56degrees C heating a significant expression of phosphatidylserine on external surface of erythrocyte was revealed by the biosensoric method. This affected prothrombinase complex formation. Possible applications of the results are discussed.
