摘要
The doubly charged states of Xe and their associated satellite stares have been measured over the energy range 33-54.5 eV by threshold photoelectron-threshold photoelectron coincidence (TPEsCO) spectroscopy. The Xe2+ 5s(2)5p(4)(P-3, D-1, S-1) and 5S5p(5)(P-3, P-1) doubly charged states and the (Xe2+)* 5s(2)5p(3)nl satellite states have been observed. The results are compared with previous optical data. Ab initio atomic multiconfigurational Dirac-Fock calculations were performed to aid the assignments of the observed features.
