摘要
Alkaline/surfactant/polymer (ASP) flooding has been applied to oil extraction in Daqing oilfield in several years. It is a great technology to improve oil recovery after polymer flooding. However, the agent would produce lots of fluid compositions, including a lot of polymer, alkaline and surfactant chemicals, which can improve the output of crude oil but increase the difficulty to disposal, such as fluid emulsion serious, smaller oil bead particle size and higher sewage viscosity and so on. An efficient demulsifier is urgent researched. In the paper, some development and application of common emulsifiers were introduced, including Quaternary ammonium salt of demulsifier, Amine polyether demulsifiercess and Water-oil separation agent Drows-1. It is significance to research the efficient green environmental protection demulsifier, which will decrease environmental pollution and increase sewage treatment efficiency in future. China Daqing Oilfield has entered the third phase of oil production. Besides polymer flooding, ASP flooding technology is a new technology to improve oil recovery rate, which has broad application prospects. The technology not only can improve oil displacement efficiency, but also increase the swept volume and degrade significantly the amount of surfactant ([1]). ASP flooding technology has the advantages of surfactant and polymer flooding in common which include improving oil displacement efficiency and significantly degrading the amount of surfactant. The mechanism of ASP flooding technology improving oil recovery ratio is the result of interaction of three factors, namely, further reducing the interfacial tension, better fluidity controlling and reducing adsorption of chemical agents. However, due to addition of base, surfactant and polymer, the treatment of recovery solution become difficult. High concentrations of suspended particles and big particle size can also lead to clogging problem. The problem of emulsified recovery, stability and breaking of emulsion are so serious that affect the Daqing Oilfield's produced fluid treatment process and even cause serious pollution([2]). Currently several commonly used ternary water treatment process including pressure combined sedimentation separation process, heterogeneous catalytic oxidation process requires a lot of triples produced fluid agents to conduct auxiliary treatment, which result in higher treatment costs and new environmental pollution. So aiming at the characteristics of ASP flooding produced liquid, developing and applying the produced liquid treatment agent has important practical significance for ASP flooding solution treatment([3 similar to 4]).
