摘要：
Using ultrasonic wave pretreatment, single factor test and orthogonal experiment design methods were applied to analyze the effects of Ultrasonic power, Ultrasonic time, NAOH concentration on extraction rate of Yeast cell wall polysaccharides. The optimal conditions are as follows: Ultrasonic power 600W, Ultrasonic time 10min, NAOH concentration 1mol/L, the maximum extraction rate was 14.5 mg.
