ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AND MEANS OF COMBATING IT IN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS

The phenomenon of illegal immigration has emerged at the local and international levels. The international community has realized the dangers of this phenomenon and many mechanisms have been put in place to combat this phenomenon. However, the efforts proved that they are not able and sufficient to comprehensively solve this dilemma. It has been concluded through the hypotheses of this research and scrutiny of the causes of the phenomenon of illegal immigration that the most important reasons that have contributed to the failure of the mechanisms adopted by the national and international community alike is the lack of awareness of the real motives and highlight the economic motivation only. In this study, we have reached a set of conclusions and recommendations which we hope will contribute to solving this phenomenon and focus on all causes, especially political reasons, conflicts and instability conditions.
