Russia and China are two largest economic powers, strategic partners, in many respects solving similar development tasks, the nearest neighboring countries, which today are experiencing a period of unprecedented upsurge in many spheres of activity. Russian-Chinese cooperation is characterized by a wide range of spheres and peculiarities. A historical analysis of the development of the interaction of these powers enables foreground directions of cooperation, form algorithm for the prevailing problems solution, as well as rise the economic and environmental cooperation to a new level. The authors of this study use reliable statistical data, which confirm the empirical reasoning. In fact, each decision, which was adopted at the level of heads of powers, strategically directed at maintaining economic balance in the conditions of environmental security. Therefore, it is considered advisable carried out this study in the prism of the ecological balance beneath the background of the constantly developing business and economic relations between Russia and China.
