摘要
High-entropic solid solutions (Ti-Zr-Hf) C and (Zr-Nb-Hf) C were obtained by ball milling and hot pressing (HP). Phase analysis and measurement of lattice parameters by X-ray diffraction (XRD) demonstrated that the formation of highly entropic ceramics (Ti-Zr-Hf) C and (Zr-Nb-Hf) C. It was found that monophasic substitutional solid solutions with an FCC lattice in the form of rock salt were formed at the following temperatures: (Zr-Nb-Hf) C at 1500 degrees C, (Ti-Zr-Hf) C at 1700 degrees C.
