摘要:
CMCs (Ceramic Matrix Composites) are attractive material for structural component applications in gas turbine engines because of their excellent high temperature properties and lower specific weight by comparison with Ni base super alloy. In ESPR (Research and Development of Environmentally. Compatible Propulsion System for Next-Generation Supersonic Transport project), turbine stator vane was selected to be applied SiC/SiC (SiC fiber reinforced SiC). In this study, development of fabrication process and improvement of material process has been carried out. In addition, vane element evaluation tests using trial vane product was accomplished.
