摘要：
A sample of fifty retired civil servants completed the Bradburn Balanced Affect Scale together with the abbreviated form of the Revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. The findings demonstrate that psychological well-being is correlated positively with extraversion and negatively with neuroticism.
