Field emission of electrons from carbon nanotube and nanocluster films

摘要：
Field emission of electrons from carbon nanotube films was first discovered at the Saratov Branch of the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences ten years ago. In this paper, various technologies for producing nanotube and nanocluster films are briefly reviewed and the field emission characteristics of these films are compared. A comprehensive bibliography is presented.
