摘要
Na3+x(Sb1-xSnx)S-4 solid electrolytes were successfully prepared from aqueous solution. XRD patterns illustrated that the tetragonal structure of intrinsic Na3SbS4 (x = 0) was preserved even at sample with x = 0.1. Reversible tetragonal - cubic phase transition of the prepared sample was also studies by temperatures dependence of XRD. It is also shown that ionic conductivity of Na-3.02(Sb0.98Sn0.02)S-4 solid electrolyte was improved at high temperature as compared with intrinsic Na3SbS4 solid electrolyte prepared using similar process.
