摘要：

As the rate of development of mobile communication networks has been changing and the effort of the operators of the ground and satellite systems of mobile communication has been uniting, the scope of services in this sphere has been increasing continuously. This fact gives us ground to suppose that the market of mobile communication services in Russia, as it was estimated in 1995, has a tendency to further increasing.
