CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ENVIRONMENT IN VIETNAM'S ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

In the face of the demands of sustainable development, implementing corporate social responsibility for the environment is a burning issue and is considered one of the important criteria to assess the level of contribution of enterprises to society in countries around the world, especially developing countries like Vietnam. From there, the article focuses on (i) analyzing some basic issues of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of Vietnamese environmental law, (ii) reviewing the current situation of corporate social responsibility for the environment in Vietnam, (iii) thus promoting a number of completed solutions to promote corporate social responsibility for the environment during its operation to contribute to the requirements of sustainable development and international integration.
