摘要
For any enterprise, how to maintain its advantages in the current competitive environment is becoming more and more important. There is no doubt that improving innovation capability is the most powerful weapon for an enterprise to maintain competitive advantages. Meanwhile, management innovation is the important embodiment of enterprise innovation ability. For enterprise, how to correctly evaluate its own management innovation ability and other enterprise's innovation ability is of great significance in terms of coping with the fierce competition environment. Therefore, this paper applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build an enterprise management innovation ability evaluation index system model, and applies this model to illustrate the strength of management innovation ability among enterprises in the same industry. Finally, the paper concludes that the evaluation system can also be applied to evaluate technical innovation, market innovation, organization innovation, system innovation and other types of innovation.
