摘要：

The paper focuses on analyzing the relationship between the growth of liabilities in the banking sector and the risk in lending. The increase in liabilities in the banking sector is reflected in pressure on senior bank management, with the need to find new investment opportunities, changes are made to the risks, even if it is inconsistent with the principles of the banking business.
