Critical wave functions and temperature dependence of conductivity near the Anderson transition

摘要
It is shown that the temperature dependence of conductivity in a critical region of metal-insulator transition in disordered system, sigma similar to T-1/3, which is predicted by the scaling theory of Anderson transition considering interacting electrons, can be obtained directly from the solution of Shrodinger equation of the Anderson model in the vicinity of the metal-insulator transition.
