摘要
The problem of through induction heating of Ti6Al4V billet is being solved. The main difficulties of the induction heating of titanium alloys are considered. The task is formulated as a complex interdisciplinary problem of magnetic and temperature fields. The control process is implemented using PID control. Optimal temperature control is realized using BOBYQA, Nelder-Meaded, Monte Carlo optimization algorithms. The performance of each algorithm was estimated numerically using the Pareto front. The main purpose of the work is to select the regulator coefficients at which there will be a minimum temperature difference within the volume of the workpiece, and the average temperature will tend to 950 degrees C.
