摘要
Nanoparticles of FePt were fabricated by two types of solution processes. One employs a combined reaction of thermal decomposition and reduction of metal-organic compounds in an organic solvent, and the other employs reduction of metal ions in reversed micelles based on an aqueous solution process. In either way, monodispersed FePt particles of about 3 nm in diameter were formed. Nanoparticle-array was obtained by using the particles fabricated by the former method. However, annealing to transform from disordered fee to ordered fct phase broke the array structure and increased the particle diameter up to about 10 run.
