摘要
Traditional fin stabilizer control system use fin angle feedback to reduce the ship roll, but the nonlinear relationship between fin angle and lift limits the anti-rolling effect. In order to solve this problem, a fin stabilizer control system based on lift feedback is designed in this paper. By analyzing the torque of the fin shaft and measuring the pressure difference between the fin driving cylinders to obtain the lift indirectly. A Hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation of ship roll is established to better test the designed fin stabilizer control system. The single degree of freedom(DOF) ship roll equation is established, and the corresponding LQR controller is designed to verify the HIL simulation of the designed system. The results show that the designed lift feedback fin stabilizer control system has better anti-rolling effect than the traditional fin angle feedback control system.
