New phase shift control circuit for a voltage-source voltage-control active power filter

摘要
In this paper, a voltage-source voltage-control active power filter is developed. This active power filter has the performance of current harmonic suppression and power factor correction. The proposed active power filter has the performance of improving power quality of the load side. This performance is superior to the current-control active power filter in which the power quality of the load side depends on the utility directly. Additionally, a new phase shift control circuit is proposed and applied in the developed active power filter prototype.
