摘要
The fresh Litchi pericarp (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) was extracted with 80% ethanol, and then the extract was partitioned by diethyl ether and water. The aqueous layer was subjected to a combination of column chromatography using sephadex LH-20, MCI gel CHP 20P, Toyopearl HW-40F, and Toyopearl Butyl-650C, respectively, to give four flavan-3-ols and four flavonoids. They were identified as litchin A (1), and known compounds (-)-epicatechin (2), procyanidin B2 (3), procyanidin C1 (4), quercetin 3-rhamnoside (5), luteolin 7-rhamnoside (6), luteolin 7-O-beta-D-glucoside (7), and quercetin 3-O-beta-D-rutinoside (8) using high-resolution fast atom bombardment mass (HR FAB-MS) spectrometry and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometry.
