摘要
One of the greatest challenges in e-government systems development is the maintenance and evolution of software systems because of the complexity and volatility of e-government systems. Reuse based development methods become popular as the low risk, shortened development duration and reduced cost. Multi-agent approach has good reusability and can overcome the disadvantages of conventional reuse based development methods, e.g., central control and compatibility. Based on the characteristics of e-government system this paper proposes a multi-agent development approach to the development of e-government systems. By comparing with conventional development methods this paper further addressed the impacts in the development stages for e-government systems.
