摘要
In recent times, a term is used to connect smart objects with each other defined as Internet of Things (IoT). The foremost idea of the Internet of Things is to train reallife tangible entities with communication and computing power so that they can interrelate with each other. Now the IoT is forcing the development of traditional Vehicle Ad-hoc Networks (VANET) into the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). To overcome short comings of VANET and to establish a sustainable service globally IoV is introduced. IoV ensures vast commercial awareness and research value, thus fascinating a huge number of corporations and scholars. This paper recommends a evaluation of lately proposed IoV architectures and deliberate their salient features, an abstract network model of the IoV, displays various services based on convinced presently prevailing technologies, also provides numerous exposed explored challenges and defines important forthcoming study in the area of IoV.
