摘要：
The structure of the inclusion complex of Lappaconitine (Lap) and beta -cyclodextrin (beta -CD) was studied by the UV, infrared, and NMR spectroscopy, as well as X-ray powder diffractometry. The stability constant of the complex in water is 275 M-1, determined from the straight line portion of the phase-solubility diagram.
