摘要
This study examined the relation between organizational respect (OR), job satisfaction (JS), job insecurity (JI) and their impacts on burnout (BO). Results from a cross-sectional questionnaire survey showed that the employees are prone to burnout. JS is a mediator for the relationship between OR and BO. JS is a mechanism accounting for the effect of OR on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. Moreover, the moderated sequential mediation results showed job insecurity to moderate the relationship between JS and depersonalization, and between emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. The study contributed new insights that inform interventions for employees working in uncertain environment.
