摘要：

This paper focus on the new journal publishing model, that's Open Access Journal publishing. The author analyzes the challenges for the traditional publishing model, reviews the definition of OA, addresses the benefits and paying model of OA, analyzes the issue of over-publishing problem of OA journal, and reviews the new development of OA. At last the author inserts that OA model is a rather new phenomenon and has a long way to go, different publishing models and trends will likely coexist for some time.
