摘要
Synthesis of Zn0.9Mn0.05Co0.05O was carried out using sol-gel wet chemical precipitation route. Synthesized product was characterized using by Transmission electron microscope (TEM) and FTIR spectroscopy. Analysis of TEM images reveals the particle size of Zn0.9Mn0.05Co0.O-05 in the range of 30-40 nm. FTIR spectroscopy results show hydroxyl and CO2 impurities in the sample. Magnetization with external field shows weak magnetic behavior of the sample at room temperature. (C) 2017 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
