Nonclassical properties of two-mode nondegenerate entangled state

摘要
In this paper we introduce a new class of states, that is two-mode nondegenerate entangled states. We employ the second-order correlation function to discuss some nonclassical properties of the photon distribution of the state. Furthermore we use the quadrature variances to examine the behaviour of the phenomenon of squeezing. Also our discussion is extended to include the quasi-probability distribution functions (Wiper and Q-functions). The quadrature distribution as well as the quasi-phase in addition to Pegg-Barnett phase are considered. The covariance for both phases is also examined for a range of the state parameters. It is shown that the cross-correlation function is sensitive to any variation in the q-parameter (the photon number difference).
